As soon as you have registered for an account, you are ready for your first TGH submission. Follow the ‘submit your cards‘ link, where you will find a straightforward explanation of the process. Simply fill in the submission form using our intuitive card database, select your service level, and lastly provide your address and payment details. Once complete, you will find instructions on how to package your cards safely and our business address to send to.

For any queries on a current order, such as changing your address or the service level. Please visit the contact page. You will need your order number and the information you wish to update to hand.

In the cases of labelling errors, you may contact us in contact page for a correction request free of charge. Our experts follow a rigorous process when assigning your grades, and all grades awarded are final.

If your card has not been graded, it means that our experts were not able to verify that it was authentic. TGH does not grade any kind of counterfeit cards, and as such any card deemed to be counterfeit will be returned to you as it came.
